Sony HX50 has the Biggest Zoom in a Compact Body
This new compact camera from Sony packs so many high tech features, and boasts equivalent focal length of 24-720mm. In other words, it goes from very wide angle to super zoom at level that's has not been seen before.
Inside this marvelous camera, 20.4 megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor and BIONZ process is installed along with latest high-speed autofocus mechanism that is more than twice faster than the one in the Cyber-shot HX200V4 according to Sony.
There are two dials mounted on the top of the camera, providing users with quick and easy access to the setting. First one is what you will find in most cameras for changing exposure mode: full auto, aperture priority, shutter priority, manual and etc. The second dial gives you control over exposure compensation to make a quick adjustment.
This is not a average compact camera even considering all the advancements that have been made in camera technology in recent years. HX50 has many advanced shooting options, but it works very well in full auto mode for beginners as well.
Initial testing from various sources indicates that the camera produces very good images. After all, image quality is the most important aspect of any camera.
