Nikon's Compact ILC, J4 Boasts 20 FPS Burst Speed with AF

Digital cameras are advancing at lightening speed with each new model from so many manufactures claiming titles such as "fastest", "first", "smallest" and so on.

Nikon who is one of the market leader in full size DSLR market also wants a large piece of the pie in the other end of market spectrum with their line compact interchangeable lens cameras (ILC) packing latest high tech components.

Meet J4, Nikon's latest offering, which features Expeed 4A imaging engine and CX-sensor.  It is capable of 20fps burst shooting with continuous AF.  It can capture stunning images at 18.4MP up from 14.2MP.  HD recording has also been bumped up from 1080/60i to 1080/60p.

Other notable enhancements include a 105 point PD/171 point contrast AF, a new touchscreen and built-in WiFi.

It'll be available in black, white, silver and orange but the production date has not been announced yet.
