Pyle's eXpo is the Best Budget HD Action Cam
Pyle Audio joins the action cam market with its GoPro Clone named, eXpo which is capable of full-HD recording using 20-megapixel sensor.
We recently posted about Panasonic's 4K/30P Ultra HD action cam ($399), and Kodak's entry into action cam business with details on the prototype cameras.
So the choices are abundant for the consumers, but that makes it harder for the manufactures to distinguish its products from the rivals.
Pyle's choose to price it's eXpo at the lower range in terms of the price, but it is truly a full featured action cam that can capture amazingly sharp video.
In fact, the company claims that its 20-megapixel image sensor can outperform GoPro's offerings, which range between 5 and 12 megapixels. The eXpo HD can shoot video at 60, 50, 30 or 25 frames per second at 1080p or 720p resolution.
GoPro's latest offering, Hero 3+ Black Edition, can record 4K (Ultra HD) at 15 fps, 1080p at 60 fps and 720p at 120 fps, but it's priced at $399 which is coincidentally same as Panasonic's 4K action cam.
The Pyle eXpo was originally listed at $250 but you can buy it through the link here for $213.

The battery in eXpo is good for about 2 hours of continuous shooting, so you may have to carry an extra battery pack for extended shooting time.
