How to Access Hidden Menu on Olympus OM-D Camera

The hidden menu on Olympus cameras reveal information such as shutter count, turn-on count and damage code log.  It's the first thing you should check when you buy a Olympus OM-D camera whether it was new or used.

Olympus rates the OM-D E-M5at 100,000 shutter actuations.  That is quite high when compared to PEN series cameras.  The Olympus OM-D E-M1 is rated even higher at 150,000 shutter actuations.

The instruction for both OM-D E-M5 and OM-D E-M1 is identical.
