Olympus OM-D E-M5 II Has Seriously Powerful OIS

The camera maker, Olympus, has been known for one-of-a-kind built-in optical image stabilization system it's been improving over the years.  With the introduction of OM-D EM-5, it first showcased an incredible 5-axis OIS built into the compact camera body.

Olympus has been perfecting its technology with follow-up models, distancing itself from the competitors.  Having an excellent in-body OIS provides a huge advantage over other camera model that do not.

Without an in-body OIS, the only option is to get a lens with its own stabilization system which typically do not work as well.  Take a look at the video comparison of the two flagship Micro Four Thirds cameras.  One is equipped with only in-body 5-axis OIS, and the other (Panasonic) is using OIS inside the 12-35mm lens from Panasonic.

I'm currently using OM-D E-M1 as my primary camera, and really curious to find out if the little brother actually outperform in overall performance. That's quite possible since E-M1 is almost 2 years old, that's an eternity in the world of camera tech.

Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II is now available for sale. Check out the lowest price here:
